Equipment for alcohol testing and drug screening
AquilaScan drug screening device · pre-launch
AquilaScan combines digital cassette reading, test identification, history and record printing in one portable device—helping organize on-site screening and guide the next step in the protocol.
Qualitative screening. Configuration, availability and use depend on the relevant technical and regulatory validations.

Technical data provided by the manufacturer and subject to the commercial configuration.
Who it is for
AquilaScan may be considered when each test needs to be linked to a participant, a searchable history must be retained and a record needs to be generated on site.
A portable device and oral-fluid collection for running the workflow where the operation takes place.
Identification, QR code and image help bring together the information required for each record.
Tests are stored on the device for later review.
Cassette variants can be selected according to the application and available documentation.

Operating flow
Oral-fluid collection is non-invasive. The cassette is read by the device, and each test can be linked to the participant, stored and reviewed later.
Test record
The reading is displayed on the device and can bring identification, an image, history and a printed record together in the same operational workflow.
The QR code reader helps link the test to the participant designated by the operation.
The 2 MP camera adds an image to the record when required by the protocol.
The integrated printer produces the record without requiring another device.
Mini USB, Wi-Fi and optional 4G provide channels for the operation's data workflow.

Multi-drug panel
AquilaScan supports cassettes with up to nine drug variants. The combination of substances and detection thresholds depends on the configuration selected.
The codes shown represent categories published for the product. Confirm the exact panel in the technical documentation before defining the testing protocol.

Frequently asked questions
No. The reading is qualitative: it indicates whether the target analyte was detected or not detected above the cassette threshold, without measuring the substance concentration.
No. A qualitative reading does not indicate concentration, time of use, intoxication or degree of psychomotor impairment. When the protocol requires confirmation, the screening result must be referred for an appropriate laboratory method with a suitable chain of custody.
The device supports cassettes with up to nine drug variants. The exact panel and its thresholds depend on the cassette selected and must be confirmed in the technical documentation for that configuration.
The product is in the pre-launch stage in Brazil, and this page does not present an SBAC certificate for the model. Official use requires documentary proof of the certification provided for in CONTRAN Resolution No. 1,031/2026.
Identification data, photographs and results must have a defined purpose, controlled access, appropriate retention and processing consistent with the LGPD and the operation's rules.
Yes. The protocol must cover collection, operation, interpretation and recordkeeping and, where applicable, laboratory confirmation and chain of custody.
